Feedback, bug reports and accuracy corrections are all welcome — this site improves fastest when someone tells us a number is off or a tool behaves unexpectedly.

A contact email address will be published here shortly. In the meantime, privacy questions are covered on the privacy policy page, and common questions are answered in the FAQ section at the bottom of every tool page.

Before you write

• A calculator result looks wrong? Check the worked examples on the tool page first — most questions are about reverse VAT, gross-up maths or double discounts, and the formulas are shown there.
• A rate is out of date? Tell us the rate, the jurisdiction and the source (an official link is best) and we will update it.
• A file tool failed? Include your browser and version — everything runs locally, so browser differences are the usual culprit. Never attach the file itself; we could not reconstruct your issue from it anyway, and there is no server to receive it.
• Partnership or advertising? Put it in the subject line so it does not get lost among accuracy reports.
